Returns & Exchanges
LEEDER Classics wants you to be completely happy with your item(s). If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please do not hesitate to contact us at [email protected] or call us at +31 (0)617839899.
We gladly accept returns for any reason within 14 days from shipping date.
In order to facilitate the return of your items please fill in the return form included.
We will check all returned products. All goods must be returned in perfect condition. The product needs to be returned with its original package without signs of usage. Returned products are only accepted if:
1. The product is returned in the original packaging;
2. The product has not been used, damaged, worn or cleaned;
3. Labels are still attached to the product;
Shoes can only be tried on indoors. If shoe soles are dirty, the return cannot be accepted. Any free products sent by LEEDER Classics must also be returned. Products that are returned outside the above-mentioned period can be sent back to the purchaser without reimbursement. All carefully returned products will be credited. LEEDER Classics will refund the paid amount minus possible shipping costs to the account number you have submitted within 10 days.

Shipping costs from returns are for the account of the customer. Returns are only accepted if the Terms and Conditions mentioned have been adhered to.
No cost will be covered should the product/s go missing during the return shipping. We advise you to send all items back with a transport company which provides a track & trace service.
We only accept returns that are purchased via this website or retailstores.
You can exchange every product for another size, color or model, if the item is in stock.
In the Netherlands and in Belgium there are no extra costs involved for exchanging products the first time. For every second return and/or exchange within the same order, extra shipping costs will be charged. If the amount exceeds the original order, you will receive an additional invoice. If the amount is less than the original order, you will be refunded.
Of course, you can also exchange products from all other countries. Shipping costs for returning and sending (replacement) products are for the account of the customer.
In order to facilitate the exchange or return of faulty items, please fill in the return form. Then follow the instructions on the return form. Faulty items will only be accepted if the delivered goods are damaged or if there is a subsequent manufacturing fault within a period of 3 months after delivery. All items returned as faulty will be inspected, and any items deemed to subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. Exchanges are possible if the item is available. When possible, items may be repaired on request, but only when such items are deemed faulty and repairable. Repairs do not come with any guarantees.
